I have a few questions, are these excercises helpful for sciatica pain down the legs, how long until patients see results and when I did the first couple excerices with hip raises my glute medius felt sore in a good way but once I started doing the climbing on a chair they started aching bad and felt tight, what could this mean?

  2. wow… what were you doing with your legs in the back with that first exercise?… cuz myknees are in a hell of a lot of pain now, and i don't normally have knee pain.

  3. Good video, thank you. However, I find that my quads do most of the work as I have an anterior pelvic tilt. Even when activating core. Any ideas? πŸ˜€

  5. You know what? I have a worse time doing side plank on my forearm than my hand. Can I modify all you did by going on my hand with my arm fully extended?
