  1. Before I begin this video- I have a quick general question. I've moved from using blocks when doing poses like triangle to placing my fingertips on the ground. In doing so- am I supposed to bare any weight onto my fingertips or are they just there as a safety precaution should I lose my balance?

  2. love ot Tim thank you so much 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

  3. Hey Tim the yoga is great! I was a runner/athlete most of my life until recent medical issues and I lost alot of weight muscle mass endurance etc. and these workouts/yoga have been a crucial piece to my recovery! I look forward to more and hope to donate thx Tim!

  4. I really enjoyed this workout. I was just wondering, were we supposed to do the core workout twice, or was that just intended as a warm up to bring core awareness?
    Thanks so much!

  5. Great cross-training video. Thanks for the reminder and confirmation to vary my workouts for overall conditioning!

  6. Wonderful, as always. Full wine bottles make good weights (not sure if they are quite 5lbs) but be careful.

  7. Thanks for that video Tim! I thought I was pretty fit but I totally sucked at those hip exercises… Guess I have to incorporate them now 🙂

  8. I wish I would've done this video before I got 3/4 of the way through the 30 day challenge lol. Lot of problems fixed as well as incredie insight – thanks as always Tim! However, I have a very important question about a knee injury, and I would be incredibly grateful if you answered it. As far as I know, it might have happened from doing the things that cause back or knee injuries you mentioned in the e-mail for the video. It doesn't hurt to the point of keeping me from practicing, but it does feel a little weird or uncomfortable (gnarly lol) sometimes. Should I stop for a while or just do easier things like corpse pose or anything that doesn't involve my legs?

  9. Tim, I have been on a workout vacation for about 3 weeks. Two days ago I began experiencing pain in my hips, especially right, and lower back. In an effort to get back on track I did two of your workouts, core pilates and hips and back, both are excellent and allowed me to realized that I experience tightness because of weakness. Thanks and I am back on track diet, exercise, and mindfulness. Namaste!

  10. i just found your channel today and wanted to do one video to check it out – ended up doing three! loving your calm attitude and light approach to yoga. my hips are on fire now. thank you!

  11. That was great – my first video of yours, I'm a cyclist and started using Yoga this year before each of my training rides. Was surprised at how difficult this routine was. Subscribed!
