    I wholeheartedly thank you for putting so much information, clear instructions on all your videos.

    I was following beginners course (course from January 2016) on your channel and am on 6th day at the moment. 4 days back I was helping a friend on her stall and had to lift really heavy bags and walk some distance at the time of closing. I do not have any existing back problems but due to lifting heavy bags I have ended up spraining my back. There is light pain, not in a specific area but whole back kinda feels stiff. Would you recommend I do this back routine from your channel.


    or should I just wait till back pain completely goes away and then maybe start from 6th day onwards.

  12. Getting on the mat today was one of my biggest challenges so far. Glad I went through with it. I want to do all 30 days. I usually don't do a yoga session the same days I workout, but I want to do this. So now I just have to get myself to train with weights.

  15. Ahhhh so happy day 4 was about shoulders ! My legs are DEAD (I mean really really dead, thanks Crossfit !) ! It helped to wake them up a little, and I'll do day 5 at the end of day ๐Ÿ™‚ (thursdays are way too busy to do yoga :/). Thanks !!

  26. Wooooohooo today was my first day being able to, with control, send my left foot up between the hands. Normally I just go as far as I can before my foot hits the ground and have to grab my ankle with my hand to get the rest of the way. ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป
