  16. Great workout! I only have one 15 lbs. Kettlebell, so I used dumbbells too and it worked great. Even though I was spent, I wish there had been 5 more minutes of work. My personal paradox! Thank you for a great workout!

  17. My wrists hurt really bad on some of these floor exercises, when I have to put my full weight on one wrist. How can I help alleviate that pain??

  18. Awesome workout! This is the first kettlebell workout I've done that has made me sweat and the first time I've had burnout on a move! I wanted to die but I also wanted more 😉 I'll definitely be doing more of your workouts!
