    But my weight drops to 69 after few days 71 72 73 70 it remain fluctuating bet 69 to 73 but i want to stablize i did nd didnt take even breaks any suggestion to keep it constant

  12. I'm a PA and health coach and something I can attest to from exercising for 30 years is that stick-to-it-ness is greatly enhanced when redundancy is diminished. Your program is refreshing in that the exercises are creative and involve multiple body parts. Nice job and keep it up!

I enjoyed the workout, but even more than the workout, what helped ME the most were your peaceful tones and encouragements throughout the entire thing. I didn't feel as though I was being mentally and emotionally amped with anxiety and added pressure.   15. I do a lot of heavy lifting. And i mean a lot. Im not the best looking but i am strong(my troop can vouch for that fact). But this workout was something else. Started with a 45 pound dumbell and finished with a 25 pound. Sweating like hard as a mother fucker. This is some good shit. I thought it was going to be easy.

  24. I felt more work put in the shoulders but I think that is because my legs are far stronger than my shoulders. The sweat was real thank you it felt great

  25. I usually sweat when doing your workouts but not like this one made me! Love this one, it was my first time trying it and I will definitely be doing it again! My number one goal is to lose weight then gain muscle and your videos help me stay on track for sure! Just have to eat better and hope my toddler will not be picky with foods but it's expected. lol

  33. PLEASE let Claudia count. She's great at keeping time. It's really frustrating when you're exhausted and she says "5 seconds" then Coach Kozak starts talking for half an hour then does his own countdown from 3. When Claudia says 5 seconds, I'm doing 5 seconds, not 10!
