  2. Great workout ! This was the toughest Hasfit workout I have done. (Or should I say "tried to do"). Sadly I couldn't complete it due to general fatigue. I was feeling really energetic before the workout and so I went too far and used heavier dumbbells in the strength rounds. And I couldn't get through the cardio in the end . But I will be better next time !

  9. So excited, was able to do strength all the way thru with heavier weights this time! Had some trouble with some of the cardio moves, but it was still a little better than last time. And rest and sleep are critical when training!. Off to do a few more minutes of abs, core is always challenging for me. See you next time! TY!

I have been working out with you for a while now…I use to do a lot of cardio kickboxing and I wasn’t seeing any changes with my body but ever since I started to do strength training I notice a lot of toning in my body plus my buttocks…I also do power walks and low impact cardio…but your workouts in strength training is a A+ for me thank you

Im confused I workout now day 24 6 days a week, Down 6lbs Im 5 9 197 my fit good weight 150-160, what videos are best and advanced to lose weight build muscle?   13. I have been doing your workouts for a while, I even follow the motive calendar, for the most part. They are really great. This one in particular really kicked my butt while using a pretty challenging pair of dumbbells. I still go off your calendar sometimes for more traditional strength training with weights and a more specialized and rigorous stretching for my martial arts, but, the workouts have really helped me get back in shape for the next sparing tournament season. Working new muscles and muscles that had not gotten enough attention. Thank you.

  17. Great workout, I'm dripping sweat, but can you PLEAAASSSEE add a count down clock?? I do so much better when I know the end point, so I know how many seconds I need to work hard for!! I was literally crying and cursing with the plank punches!! Thank you!!!

  20. man this one was a KILLER. wasnt my most effective cardio workout towards the end but i stuck through it because of you guys' motivational talk and because i knew i wasnt the only one suffering that burn and pain. im gonna support you guys on patreon as soon as i acquire a stable income!   22. I'm very much overweight, been working out for over a year now (sparingly in the last few months due to an injury) but I was able to do this workout! More breaks than they gave, and I did some of the advance, some of the mods.. But even someone who is very overweight can do this! You can too!!! PS I'm dripping sweat….

  23. I've completed many of your workouts, some longer than this and with a bigger calorie burn (or a couple different ones combined) but this one kicked my butt for some reason. Loved it! One of my new favorites.

  30. Amg, it felt like I was going to collapse towards the end but all the encouragement kept me going. It's like you knew I was going to hit stop and sit on the couch! Lol! Great workout. I can't wait to feel the burn tomorrow and know what I did today paid off!
