  14. Still hanging out with you guys. I can't tell you how much strength training is moving me forward in other areas of training! I am stronger in the weight room and so much stronger in the pool. Being over 50, I am shocked at what I am still capable of! I am learming that the challenge in these workouts is the pace, and that moving up just a few lbs in a fast paced workout is a killer! You guys really help me on days I try to talk myself into not working out. Always ask myself,,,"what do I NEED accomplish by working out? Get busy!"

  19. Is it OK to recommend a half teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate in water before workout for those of us who struggle with acid build up. It makes all the difference! Thanks

  20. Hadn't done this one in a while. Those Bulgarian split squats never get easier! Ugh! Getting stronger, though. I was able to use my heaviest free weights on some moves! Yay! TY both!
