  1. Devotion, a good reminder to self to always have that in whatever I am doing especially when it comes to a healthy mind and body. Missed out on Day 5 yesterday as I was spending time with the family but am back today! Definitely a tough one 'cos my core is definitely not my strongest. Discovering the dolphin pose was definitely a plus today for me. Thank you Lesley for yet another great lesson. <3

  3. Devotion❤ do you recomend any of your videos for making the back muscles stronger – i have a bad posture and I'd love to chang it and video arms as well so when I go surfing I can easely carry my own surf board.

    I am thankful for the time and energy you have put into these videos.
    My health has been really bad for the last 5 years. I’ve been to the depths of my lowest point and having the doctors give up on me, in hindsight, was what it took for me to find myself again and yoga has helped me immensely on my journey back to a healthy happy me. Namaste my friend.
