  2. I always have a really bad pain at the way end of my back – depending on the pose the pain intensifies … especially when I contract the lover back and upper leg muscles (Glutea) … what can I do to improve that? Love the series! Thank you for all of your work Tim!

  3. so was poorly to do day 11 for me yesterday. Today I battled through both day 11 & 12.. Hard trying to breath through a cold but I did.. 😁 loved the ab sequence and getting the hand of the breath practice. thank you Tim. πŸ‘

    Quick question, I have a pulled muscle in my groin and the standing split exercises seem to irritate it, all other poses are fine. Is there any advice or alternate stretch I can do to help during the recovery time?

  7. I think my biggest improvement so far is breathing. I am awesome at breathing now. Breathing should be a sport.

  15. Day 11 – I don't believe there was any value to this sequence, it seemed more like exercise than Yoga….I am a long time practitioner, and I am going through your series, you're very good..I'm going to continue nonetheless.

  21. Skipped out on 2 days but thankfully, was able to get back into it. This is by far the furthest i've gone with the 30 day challenge yoga. I tried doing the yoga with adriane one, got as far as 2 or 3 days XD. I'm giong to take it until the end, and when i get there, I will donate. Thanks homie, much love from the Philippines!
