Mental health and training to me is being able to strengthen your mind through your training of the body. When I train, personally, it clears my mind. It gives me a focus that is specific. Once you hit that start button and you go. When I hear that 5 4 3 2 1 Your mind will explode with energy. The energy just pushes through my body And I got a new target, a new mission, a new destination to get to.
