not able to use oxygen fast enough a football match is played for 90 min , having
2 halfs of 45 min each regular training gradually improves the bodies
ability to process oxygen leading to increased energy on the field and improves endurance
for full game exercises building endurance is a process that requires
hard work over many weeks and months create a plan for your level of fitness
if you are tired after 10 min of running in first week, set a goal to run for 20 min by
the next week and further you can add more moreover you can prepare your plan according
to distances track your progress and record your improving
