Healthcare.gov Open Enrollment: Register By December 15, 2018

When it comes to health
benefits, Americans value choice. That’s why throughout
2018, the Trump Administration has been
working to increase the number of health insurance
options available to Americans. We’ve created expanded
options for the self-employed and small
employers, expanded options for individuals
seeking short-term health insurance, and taken steps
that have created more plan options available
through HealthCare.gov. In fact, this year,
consumers will have more plans to choose from, with
23 more insurance issuers on the federal exchanges
for 2019 than there were in 2018. And, for the very first
time since coverage was offered on Healthcare.gov,
the national average premium rate for a
benchmark plan has gone down across the 39
states that use the federal platform. Financing your health care
needs is one of the most important decisions
you will make. Whether you need a plan
that covers almost all of your health expenses,
or a plan with a larger deductible and a health
savings account, we want to help you find a way to
finance your healthcare that works for you. Please consider your
options carefully and, if purchasing coverage
through HealthCare.gov is the right decision for
you, make sure you do so by December 15, 2018,
which is the deadline to sign up for coverage that
starts on January 1, 2019. If you live in a state
that doesn’t use Healthcare.gov, visit
your own state’s exchange website to find a plan. Thank you.
