HERBS I drank for a 320 kg deadlift, Herbs for strength & power!

Guys, check this That’s 320kg To achieve this I had some herbs right before
the workout and during the day. In this video I’m going to show you exactly
the herbs I used, how i used them and how you can benefit If you’re ready LET’S GO!!! You see me, I
do not over complicated things, the way I make my smoothies, the way I use my herbs,
and the way I conduct my life. Simplicity, the path of least resistance So before I tell you what herbs I drink, yes herbs do play a big part in my preparation, but also remember I trained extremely hard for this. So please don’t go drink some siberian ginseng and think you can lift 320kg it all takes hard work, preparation and a lot of patience My aim was for 310kg, but because I felt so confident and the weight came up easy due to my preparation,
the 320kg had to get tried, and luckily for me, i was successful So the workout starts at 8pm, so 2 hour before
around 6pm, I made my herbal smoothie. I made this smoothie early as I actually wanted to
digest the contents of the smoothie. Random tip, I chew my smoothies like it’s food,
it’s debated whether this makes a difference but digestion starts in the mouth, when you
chew food A digestive enzyme in saliva called amylase gets released and it starts to
break down some of the carbohydrates in your mouth so that’s even before the food has gotten to your belly Chewing also sends messages to the brain to
tell the stomach to start acid secretion in preparation for the food arriving. So, I chew my smoothies to alert my body that
I have a powerhouse of nutrients coming in and to be ready to break it down and absorb
it. In the smoothie, I put ¾ bananas, bananas provide a good source
of energy but also potassium which is good for muscle and nerve functioning. Bananas
also provide vitamin b6 which is useful to support brain functioning and healthy neurotransmitter
levels. All key things when lifting heavy. Then I start adding my herbs, starting with
cacao, which has some chemicals in it that makes you feel good and alert, essential when
you’re about to pick up something heavy. As I always say, the better you feel, the
more confident you are, the better you perform. and this effect is similar with Other herbs added such as Ginseng panax
Ashwagandha Cacao
Haritaki Bladderwrack powder This is a nutritional powerhouse, I also add
in a plant based protein shake. Hari taki is a slept on herb, I talk about
it more in my video on 4 herbs that go in my pre workout shake, click the I but in summary,
haritaki is said to help increase your pain threshold, helping you push past your limits,
also, hari taki helps with nitric oxide production,
this wide the blood vessels during exercise, meaning a more efficient delivery of oxygen
and nutrients to the muscles. Everythings is working together to aid your performance and I believe this is one of the reasons why i was able to push past my limit, hitting this 320kg, I hit 310kg first and 320kg second when some people cook and they add seasoning to their food, some people say to themselves they are inspired or lead by their ancestors to put the amounts of seasoning into the food. and im somewhat similar with herbs, it’s really a feeling on how much i should use. On strong days Like this, i’d say I let my ancestor guide me but it’s worth bearing in mind that i’ve been using herbs for almost 10 years.
For guys starting out, you want to start with smaller doses, teaspoon, a tablespoon and gradually over time you can increase it to see how your body reacts. But don’t go and overload yourself with too much herbs, it can be potentially damaging. look, start small and stead increase In terms of taste the herbs really compliment each other it
ends up tasting like chocolate smoothie. I make v similar smoothies with bananas as the base, and the herbs is what changes I like to drink my smoothies around the time of the workout that can be before the workout or after the workout, if before that’s for energy and alertner, if after that’s for recovery and healing, the ingredients can change sometimes I may add in maca powder For one the taste but it has other benefits for how it’s beneficial for powerlifting and bodybuilding If youre with me so far, drop a like and drop a comment. Once I drank this, I actually eat some cashews
nuts after around 7pm And then 20 at 7.20pm, 40 mins to my
workout time, I made my herbal drink which will give me energy during my workout. Powerful
for the brain and to help my brain send the right signals. The first thing I do is boil some water I added stinging nettle leaves, siberian ginseng
aka electoru and guinea hen weed to a cup. I cut rinse then cut one tuber of tumeric
and added it to a cup. I covered it with hot water and let it sit
for 10 mins. You can actually boil these in a pot and cover it, but when im time sensitive,
i do this methold. After about 10 mins, I strain it into another
cup, add to about 1 liter of water. I pour 200 ml back into the bowl and add in about
1.5 tablespoons of raw cacao. Mix it in and then pour it back into the bottle and shake. This is the drink ill drink omw to the gym
and throughout my workouts. Nettle root is said to help increase free
flowing testosterone, bioavailable testosterone, beneficial for energy, mood, cognitive function
and increased muscle size and strength. All key during your lift. If you want a video on the benefits of stinging
nettle or guinea hen weed, do let me know in
the comments. I always planned to hit 310kg but the combination
of everything, made it coming up so easy, so that’s why I get tried the 320kg. After the 310kg, few sips of the drink and
some realy hardcore UK gangster music, it was actually this song I was listening too And then boom! 320kg I hope you enjoyed that video guys, be sure
to drop a like and comment. Before you go, check out this video here and
here See you on the next one

  1. I'm from Texas and completely new to this. I came across one of you herb videos at random and it was very Interesting. Iv started a body transformation while back and I'm trying to step it up. I am a big guy and over weight but active in my physical style of employment and lifestyle. I'm dropping weight little by little. People are always telling me to try different supplements and fat burners but they dont work and I worry about what's really in them. I was just under 600 pounds a couple years ago and with losing and gaining I'm now at 468 pounds. My question is, is there a herb or herb stack that can aid me in my weight loss journey? Also herbs to help with inflammation as well as back and joint pain. You seem very knowledgeable and I feel you can point me in the right direction to research and also where to get them. I thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

  2. I show both the herb smoothie and the herb drink I make in this video. The herb drink is towards the end at around 5:55 , I hope it's useful. Don't forget to like & share. Paul

Question, what is your suggestion on some good herbs for women to find energy and strength. I have the cacao, nettle and turmeric but was just wondering if you would suggest all the same herbs or swap some out for the ladies for an energy drink. And I actually have a lot of diff herbs but I am interested in your opinion, I mean after watching that…..I kinda gotta ask! Again Congrats!

  7. Advise: donโ€™t put hot water in plastic bottle: the heat in the plastic bottle will realese the chemical ๐Ÿ˜ฑ
