all here in New York City and we’re bringing you hip hop fitness. Alright next we’re going
to be moving into is stamina and endurance trainging. Here’s where it get funky so now
what were going to do is going to start with classic hip hop move the up ride. So here
we go starting off with the right leg, just come in 1 boom, 2 boom, 3 boom, 4 nice and
simple, here’s what it looks like fast and nice and simple. You can mix it up, this is
going to get your heart rate going and make sure your body start getting warmed up and
your muscles get warmed up.
