and open your mouth and close your mouth. Do this for 10 repetitions.Come to the centre and gently relax come to the other side chin

  2. ALRIGHT IMA DO THIS and update you in the results everyday for at least a week and I hope it actually works cos like I need to get rid of this double chin –

    Day 1- the same , I did it 3 times a day
    Day 2- I see a little result , I do this at night before I go to sleep.

  3. day1:no difference,but my chin feels "better
    day2:already seeing progress,my double chin is not getting smaller,but my jawline is getting defined
    tommorrow is day3
