in women. At different times during the month, hormones can become out of balance, and that
can cause crankiness, irritability, fatigue. So there are some natural ways that you can
help keep these things in balance. One way is raspberry leaf tea. It’s a really great
tonic for your body, and it’s very easy to make; you can just take some raspberry leaf,
dry them outside, or dry them in the oven, and steep them in tea for about ten minutes.
You can add whatever kind of sweetener that you want. Another way is omega-3s. Omegas
are great for balancing hormones, and they’re also really good for your heart, so they’re
a great thing for women to continue to take. And you can take it on a daily basis, and
it will help balance your body. You can also, if you have a little girl that is having some
hormonal imbalances, get the same omegas in a chewable, like a little chewy vite or chewy
bear. And you’ll notice after a while that you’re feeling a little more balanced and
