Running Tips & Techniques : How Running In & Outs Gets Any Stamina Level in Shape

on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this clip we are going to be talking about basic strategy
called a in and out. A in and out is a set time for and then relax for. What I mean by
relax is either walk or jog. A beginner might start of by jogging for a minute and walking
for three minutes. Jogging for a minute and walking for three minutes. For the first week
of training. Second week of training you may jog for a minute and walk for two minute,
jog for a minute and walk for two minutes. Third week for training you may jog for a
minute run for a minute. I’m sorry i mean jog for a minute walk for a minute. Forth
week of training jog for a minute and walk for thirty seconds. Jog for a minute and then
walk for thirty seconds. Eventually what you are going to end up with is running a nice
stride or a nice pace and then walking or jogging for your out. Your in is your hard
run. Your out is your slow jog or your walk. In and out could be a set time of a set distance
of walking and running. Or running or jogging. Depending how good of shape you are. Set a
time or a distance for each. Here Michael is demonstrating one lap jogging one lap of
walking. It is okay to walk or jog depending in how good of shape you are. Your heart rate
still stays in a level. Your heart rate still stays high enough. Once you have reach your
point again. You are going to start jogging. This could also be a set time like I said.

  1. how can you build stamina well first what sport do you play i play soccer attack/defensive mid whitch is where i play both halfs of the feild so i usly take a breather on a goal kick whitch im always glad for but what ive learned is this video would not work for me walking cmon when do you ever get walk in a sport never your always moving but ill jogg around my park and sprint from 1 tree to another and jogg again ill do this about 20 times but take a break every 5 runs

  2. ill either sprint 80% of speed or 100% whitch is a killer but here is the big big big big thing when you feel that my lungs are hearting whenjogging and the tree is coming up so i got 2 sprint that is where you inprove if i give up right here and dont sprint 80 and i slack or walk, DONT WALK ill wont get improve just sayin if you sprint 100 or 80 that is where youl improve and by the way when you feel your lungs heart dont stop because the human body your legs can still run its all in your mind!
