from UC Irvine. And today I want to show you my favorite workout
to build stamina and increase lung capacity. Jump roping. What you’ll need, a jump rope, a
music player, preferably with bands or upbeat music, and some comfortable shoes. So here’s a sample on what you should
do to get the most of your jump roping. Well it’s just a sample, here we go. Slow, dance, wrist drops, double-unders. Or something like that. I usually tend to do this for 15
minutes, but of course it’s up to you. Start small. Boxers do jump roping ’cause it
burns more calories than running. It’s a full-body workout, and it can
burn up to 1,000 calories an hour. Have fun jumping.
