  1. I don't care that this Mexican does steroids. But people on here believe him. There should be a disclaimer.

  2. The Core involves transverse abdominis, diaphragm, internal oblique, fascia for lattisimous dorsi, miultifidi, to lesser extent rotatores. These muscles provide primary spinal stabilization for those movements.

  3. Twig legs… but «superhuman strength» 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
    Dude pleeeease….

  4. 1 tip.. instead of using a big clunky weight on your hips, you can just use ankle weights. Longer moment arm = less weight. Also means you can add additional load to your legs and core(ofc upper too) as opposed to just core(ofc upper too)

  5. Exercise and listen to audio books that good combination. Not only do you strengthen yourself physically, but also mentally.

  6. How do you keep your legs so straight in the air. What and all exercise required daily to make our legs straight in the air

  7. This is the best Video series. I love the idea to be super human by actually being strong. CRUSH THE LIKE BUTTON

  8. Strange how this channel name is so like another name already out there… Good luck, you'll probably have lots of derps follow 😉

  9. I love how in this video, the focus on exercises that contribute to basic core strength, were mostly exercises that require low impact to the floor, and could mostly be done from a stationary position. In a lot of your videos, you've incorporated burpees, mountain climbers, etc into the workout.

I live in an apartment complex where it's literally in my lease that we have to be mindful of noise, or be fined, and it explicitly outlines exercise as one of the items. The floors are thin enough that you can hear people simply walking above you, and the walls are thin enough that I can hear regular-volume conversations from my neighbor… Soooo…exercises like burpees would totally get me fined, due to my downstairs neighbor.

For now, I've just been hitting the gym for these parts of the workout, but have been piecing together exercises like these that I can use to add a morning workout to my routine, that I can do straight from my apartment.

  18. Hey Chris, I generally don't subscribe to any YouTube channels. But your channel was worth it. Hey, I have been doing Gym for last two years now. And, I have developed some muscles too. Can you make some video on exercises for approaching symmetricity in Chest and Shoulder muscles, since left and right do not match.
