Week 4 Day 4 //Total Body HIIT CARDIO + ABS // Power + Strength Workout

what’s up guys welcome to today’s
total body hiit workout I’m gonna be running you through some of my favorite
hitt exercises to get that heart rate up improve your speed agility power and
strength we’re also going to be running through a core strengthening
circuit after we complete our hiit training so grab your weights clear some
space and follow along I’m getting started right now and that is a wrap on today’s workout we
got that hiit cardio and got that heart rate up and we worked on that core
