  6. I am a big fan of your work :). Try to do your yoga workouts a few times a week. Since I am not that flexible I do find some of your workouts challenging but usually I can breathe and work through it. I found this one really challenging to where I couldn't do some of the poses. Would you recommend continuing to do this workout again till it get's easier or try doing an easier leg yoga workout and work up to this? thanks for your insight.

  11. Wow! This is super hard… My balance is not even close! How do I modify all your poses with straight legs? When I do them with straight legs, I can't bend forward that far, or I have to bend completely forward with bended legs.

    It is interesting, because this video is a massive support to improve running technique 🙂

I'm new to yoga, and this was amazing, yet SO painful because I bike so much and never stretch…my ham strings bulge out the back and are so tight and stiff…I can see this helping me a lot…I can't get over how painful it was and I am SWEATING lol.. I feel like I just did a HIT exercise or something? It was just enough pain to make me want to keep going, but to know it's also working…I feel so much better now that I've cooled down lol Thank you! I plan on doing this every morning until I see results!

  16. I love your pilate/yoga videos and have been following you for a few years now! You're so inspirational!

    However, I noticed in this video your positioning for warrior 3 as well as your pigeon aren't quite right. As a fellow yoga instructor – make sure you imagine your navel being sucked in as your arms are reaching forward and your back foot is being pulled in the opposite direction. Also with your pigeon, open up your chest and lean back as you suck your navel in. Imagine your head is being pulled by a string. Your thigh and bum should be in one line. Once you're in the proper position you should be able to hold and breathe into this position up to 4 breaths. Allowing your energy force to proper circulate in you. I hope this helps! This will correct your position of these both positions!

  18. I looove this workout! Through the balancing exercises you train so different muscle groups than in normal yoga/pilates workouts, for example the muscles in around the ancles and the feet.

I get interrupted with 2 commercials back to back in the middle of the video 3 times at least (6 advertisements in one video), it's a little excessive ESPECIALLY when your in the middle of a yoga pose and have to keep stopping to hit "skip add" again and again : ( #HELP

  27. Hi, Boho, I am Sylvia, one of your biggest fan for years. I like this video, but I feel so much pain from my ankle while I was doing this. I think maybe bcz overused one leg for too long. I meam if we can switch to another leg earlier, maybe it’s better for me.

  35. Love this video! Quick question – how would you recommend slimming and toning (already fairly strong) legs without bulking? I'm fairly active, regular yoga practice and workout routine, healthy BMI, but just can't seem to get the lean legs I want. All my efforts just seem to end in bulking. Thanks for any advice!

  36. Incase it’s hard I recommend taking a beginners yoga flow class to get the flexibility going first and it may make this easier

I have been a subscriber to your channel for almost 2yrs.and have watched and practiced almost all of your yoga, pilates & cardio fitness classes and I must say that it helped me improve my body and mind. All of your videos are amazing, but there are just something with the videos that you have shot in Indonesia and Thailand that has a different appeal to me; the view of the place feels so near to me just like I am on our backyard (maybe because I am from the Philippines and those places are just like here), second is that the after feel is different, it's just so peaceful and refreshing. I am beyond grateful that I have found your channel. I hope you could visit my country one of these days. Namaste.
